Initially, the manager will discuss with you the deadline for completing two stages of the work – the audio and the translation. Once you have completed the translation, you can proceed to generate the sound for the project yourself.
To do this, go to the project page on the platform and click With Actors.
You will see a list of speakers and the actors assigned to them. Make sure that different actors are assigned! Yes, the same actor can appear for different characters, but one actor cannot be assigned to all speakers.
If all speakers have the same actor assigned (see screenshot below), it means the actors have not yet been selected, and the system has automatically assigned the most recently created voice on the platform to everyone. In this case, please contact your coordinator — they will ask the team to assign the appropriate actors to the speakers.

N.B. Do not change the assigned actors under any circumstances, even if you see one you personally dislike. Across all translations of a single film, the speakers and their voices must match.
Each language may have its own problematic voice. For example, Vyacheslav might not sound great in Portuguese, but he could sound perfect in French. We are working toward making all voices sound equally good and appropriate in every language, but for now, we have to work with what we have.
Once you’ve confirmed that everything is correct with the speakers, click RUN.
The audio will be generated, which may take approximately 15–30 minutes, depending on the number of segments. You will receive a notification when the synthesis is ready, on the platform, in Your Notifications.
