Due to the strict deadlines the clients ask us to comply with, starting today, the following rules will apply to all tasks in the Spanish and Portuguese divisions:
Deadlines:
You will have 1 week to complete your task, plus an additional week in case of unforeseen circumstances.
If the task is not completed within this period, we will be forced to reassign it to another contractor.
In such cases, the sound stage payment will go to the freelancer who completes the task, not to the original assignee.
Corrections:
Once you receive feedback from the editor, you are expected to submit the required corrections within 1 week.
If the editors are required to make 30 or more corrections due to scheduling constraints on your end, we will unfortunately need to adjust the final payment for the sound stage accordingly.
Payment Statistics:
Payment will only be transferred to statistics after the task, including all required corrections, has been submitted to the editing team.
These measures are necessary due to stricter client deadlines, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
