1. Please note that starting today, we will be introducing a new rating system designed to improve the overall quality of work.
All freelancers will be assigned one of four main categories:
• Green (Top Level) – This category includes the best freelancers, whose work is only reviewed once every few months to confirm their level. They will be prioritized while giving out the tasks.
• Purple (Advanced Level) – This category indicates that we are satisfied with your work, but editorial review is still necessary.
• Gray (Basic Level) – This category is assigned to all newcomers and freelancers whose work requires close editorial oversight.
• Red (At Risk) – This category includes freelancers whose work contains a significant number of errors or those who consistently miss deadlines. If the quality of work does not improve after one or two projects, the collaboration will be terminated.
Transitions between categories are based on expert evaluations and depend entirely on your skills and respect to deadlines.
Starting today, you will be assigned a category on the platform. Depending on the category, your profile will be colored according to the color stated in the category name. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to your coordinators.
2. Starting today, we implement the changes in translation/sound payment ratio. The compensation for translation will now be 40 dollars, and for working with the sound – 100 dollars. Overall payment will not change, 140 for translation+sound in general, 20 for QA stays as is. Unfortunately, we had to make this change due to many cases where the translation was done, and the sound was not.
Thank you for your understanding!
