We’ve updated the system for highlighting red blocks based on users' and editors' feedback. Previously, generated tracks were highlighted only if they were longer than 2 seconds and longer than 30% than the original or longer than 1 second and shorter than the original.
Now, any generated track longer than 1 second will be shown with a red border if it is either:
more than 30% longer than the original, or
shorter than the original by any percentage.
This change should help identify timing mismatches more effectively.
Please remember that the most important thing is to look at the audio wave so that it is nearly as long as the original one.
If your block is highlighted red only because it contains the silence before and after the phrase, don't cut it out, just leave a comment to your manager when submitting the task.
